Team based cognitive loading

How do you tell if a team is suffering from cognitive overload. Ask them:Do you feel there’s too much to think about… too much to understand? Their velocity going down might be a symptom.

Here TameFlow has an advantage I think because of it’s ruthlessness. There are only a few basic patterns and they get applied to all the levels of the organization. I think TameFlow is hard work for an organization…but basically straightforward and simple.

Sorry, that was a note from the video I was watching…it shouldn’t have gone here…should have gone into my roam notes. I was really just putting in a place marker that cognitive loading is an important topic.
